The Incauca Soccer Schools began in 2004 as a social project aimed at bringing Incauca closer to its neighboring communities and engaging children so they could make better use of their free time.
Participation is free, and it currently benefits 956 children and young people between the ages of 5 and 17 across 9 locations. Through this initiative, children and youth can make better use of their free time, avoiding alcohol consumption or other psychoactive substances.
Since 2021, at Incauca Futbol Club we have been training competitive athletes for elite soccer, selected from the most talented members of the Incauca Soccer Schools, and it has become one of the Youth Divisions of Atlético Nacional in the departments of Valle del Cauca and Cauca.
It currently consists of 200 children between 5 and 17 years old, distributed in 7 categories: U-11, U-12, U-13, U-14, U-15, U-15 female, U-16, and U-17.
To date, 42 of our players have moved on to professional national and international soccer.

We support the development of female soccer at Incauca, with socio-emotional strategies that contribute to the training and life projects of 40 girls and adolescents (2 categories Sub-13 and Sub-16) from municipalities within Incauca’s area of influence, including Jamundí, Villa Rica, Guachené, Miranda, Corinto, Padilla, Puerto Tejada, and Florida.
There is a high-level coach, a professional footballer with more than 15 years of experience, distinguished in the Valle selection and the Colombia pre-selection.
Licensed in foreign languages and English teacher, currently undergoing training in sports technology.
In March 2024, the official launch and presentation of the Club's female elite category took place.
This new sports team focuses on regional talent and seeks to create development opportunities for girls and young women.
Given the socioeconomic and cultural context of Incauca’s area of influence, initiatives are required that invest in girls and women to close equity gaps and provide better life opportunities.
This project will allow the sports component to be complemented with strategies for the training and discipline of the girls.
