Its purpose is to ensure the production and delivery of safe products for clients and consumers.

Its purpose is to prevent, mitigate, correct, and/or compensate for the environmental impacts arising from our activities.

Its purpose is to ensure the safety and health of the company’s workers and third parties who may in any way be affected by its activities.

Its purpose is to improve and strengthen the security of the company’s logistics operations to facilitate safe trade.

Applies to the activities carried out by the laboratory for ethanol testing (LAE), which provides technical support to the Distillery process.

Environmental Policy

At Incauca, as transformers of lives with energy, we reaffirm our commitment to the conservation of natural resources, the prevention, mitigation, and compensation of impacts, and the identification of risks associated with our operations through an innovative and dynamic integral environmental management, with the purpose of achieving harmonious development with the environment and the territory.

To achieve this, we define the following principles:

1. Sustainable management of natural resources, through strategies for ecological conservation and restoration, deforestation prevention, contribution to water security, and sustainable soil management.
2. Climate change mitigation and adaptation, through initiatives that promote a low-carbon operation adaptable to changing climate conditions.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

“INCAUCA SAS is committed to implementing and maintaining the occupational health and safety management system, for the protection of all workers, regardless of their employment relationship, including visitors; to this end, it will establish the following objectives:

. Identify agricultural, manufacturing, and transportation hazards, assess them, and establish their controls.
. Comply with the legal requirements established in the occupational health and safety management system, the strategic road safety plan, and other subscribed commitments.
. Develop activities that promote healthy work lifestyles, strengthening the psychosocial risk program.
. Prevent the occurrence of major accidents through process control and operational discipline of our workers.
. Prevent workplace harassment and foster healthy workplace coexistence.
. Protect all workers from identified hazards, managing them through the hierarchy of controls and promoting the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety system.

Our policy reflects top management’s commitment, its compliance is mandatory for all interested parties, and it will be updated annually to ensure its fulfillment and relevance, and communicated to all stakeholders, including COPASST.

Management and supervisory personnel are responsible for contributing to the achievement of system objectives and strengthening the occupational health and safety culture in their processes, maintaining safe work environments; all workers are responsible for demonstrating safe behaviors and reporting potential risks.”

Control and Security Policy

INCAUCA, through its control and security management system, guarantees stakeholders the oversight of the supply chain and seeks to prevent illicit actions, corruption, and bribery, based on comprehensive risk management, compliance with current regulations, and its commitment to continuous improvement, in order to:

Ethanol Analysis Laboratory Quality Policy

The INCAUCA S.A.S Ethanol Analysis Laboratory provides analysis services for anhydrous fuel ethanol and denatured anhydrous fuel ethanol, through the implementation of a quality management system, under the requirements of the ISO-IEC 17025:2017 standard, based on:

- Good professional practice through competent personnel.
- The commitment to impartiality and confidentiality of personnel in the provision of services.
- The coherent operation of the ethanol analysis laboratory.
- Compliance with legal requirements, client requirements, and those of organizations granting recognition.
- Continuous improvement of the LAE quality management system.
